Frequently asked questions
Which surfaces can you print on?
Matte painted plaster or drywall, primed concrete and wood. Glossy tile and glass are outside the standard service. If your wall has a light texture, send us a photo and we will confirm.
How high can you print?
We print up to 3 metres from the floor. On taller walls we can print the lower band and resolve the rest with a flat colour. Tell us about your case and we will suggest a solution.
How long does a job take?
A wall of around 10 m² is usually finished in half a day. Most jobs are completed in a single visit. Larger projects, from around 30 m², may need two working days.
How long does the print last?
Indoors, over 10 years without noticeable colour loss. The ink bonds with the wall, so there are no edges to lift. The surface can be wiped with a damp cloth without rubbing.
Are the inks safe?
We use water-based pigment inks with no smell and no solvents. They are safe for bedrooms, children’s rooms, classrooms and healthcare spaces. The room can be used the same day.
Do you design the image?
We adapt your image to the exact size of the wall for €150. If you need a design from scratch, we work with illustrators and quote it separately per project.
What about image rights?
You need usage rights for the image we print. Your own photos are no problem. For stock or third-party images, we advise you on licensing before you approve the proof.
Do you print on exterior walls?
The standard service is indoors. On protected exteriors, such as covered patios or porches, we assess case by case with a protective varnish. Send us a photo of the space.
Can I print a wall in a rented flat?
Yes, with the landlord’s permission. Removal is simple: one coat of paint returns the wall to its original state. We can provide a technical note for the landlord if needed.
What are the payment terms?
A 40% deposit on proof approval and the balance on completion. We issue an invoice with VAT. For public institutions we accept the usual administration payment terms.
